We went Sunday before Labor day. It was after 1pm lunchtime. It was extremely slow. We almost had the place to ourselves.

First time came and everything was good Came today 8-28-25 and the food was bland now and I saw roaches climbing all over the wall and seat... multiple not just 1.

Unfortunately, hair in my steak & shrimp, esp., after such a long wait. Chicken was extra salty. Still had to pay for my meal and extra charges were added that we had to get attention to. I don't like to do bad review's but it's so upsetting going out to eat and wasting your time & money. Server was nice & friendly.

Visited this place with my family on the eve of this year’s AU Commencement ceremony. Very nice, buzzing atmosphere, kind and friendly service, good food reasonably priced and I wouldn’t complain about the beer either. Loved it here!

Every time I’m in town I stop in to see my favorite bartender Mayté! It’s always a good time with good laughs and great drinks. She knows my drink orders to a T!
Highly recommend coming in whenever she’s here. You won’t regret it.

This is one Filthy Applebees. The whole store smells. The customer service is very poor. My waitress Crystal needs another job, her customer service is wack as heck. And she needs a hair net. She takes forever to come back to the table and take my order. The water taste horrible. I will most not come to this location ever again.The service was so poor I walked out! The atmosphere was very dry and uncomfortable.

This is the friendliest most welcoming Applebee’s I have ever been to. I travel for work and almost weekly stop by on my way home. Angie is the best bartender she actually remembers what I drink and has it waiting for me. She always knows what I would be drinking by the way I pull in. You guys are so lucky to have her on staff!!! If I could I would hire her out from under you in a heartbeat. This is the midpoint in my travel so when I stop in Ashland I always come and see Angie. The food is always good and prompt and the service is better than a 5 star resort! Love this place! My work and travel is often stressful but this is where I go to decompress, grab a bite and relax before I head to the next point of chaos! Love these guys!
