I went to the ashland, va restaurant. I was going to buy some face cream. it was all out of date. the mgr just walked away & didn't pull product from the shelf. I wrote to letters from corporate & they haven't replied. Just thanks for the review.
While I adore Cracker Barrel lately things just haven't been up to their standards, in my opinion. I was at this location yesterday (3/12/25) and had an early dinner. I ordered the Meatloaf, with mashed potatoes and corn, no gravy. While the Meatloaf was semi warm but tasty, the mashed potatoes were gray, stiff and was just a clump on the plate.
