This is my go to location and let me tell you..... I LOVEEEEE THIS STAFF 🫶🏼 Specifically Ms. Lolita & Ms. Erin (I could be spelling her name wrong so if you see this, I'm sorry 😂) --- these 2 ladies are the most well trained employees, the nicest people, and are SO SWEET & FUNNY ♥️♥️ I swear if it weren't for them, I don't think I'd care about which CFA I go to 😂 but they keep me coming back!!! ♥️ if I could personally rate them 100 stars each, I would!!...read full review
We already know Chic-Fil-A is the best, but I was flying solo for lunch today with 3 under 3 and every person I encountered there was over-the-top helpful. Several team members came over to check on us and see if they could get us anything while we were eating. They gave the girls a free treat and as we were packing up to leave the owner came over and insisted on helping us out to the car. I couldn’t have asked for a more pleasant experience!
Always a winner!

Chick-fil-A is an American favorite, known for its fast-moving drive-through and delicious sandwiches. The Ashland location is highly recommended, with friendly staff who go above and beyond. The restaurant is kid-friendly and wheelchair accessible, offering a comfortable dining environment. Recently, customers have praised the food quality and excellent service, noting that employees have impeccable manners. However, some mention that the atmosphere can be affected by negative talk from other customers, which may lead to faster eating and early departures. The parking lot can be narrow at times, and the cones do not always direct people to the outside line, causing some stacking inside. Despite this, the staff is helpful, especially when handling situations like assisting with cleanup or ensuring food remains fresh. Overall, Chick-fil-A provides a convenient and tasty meal, with signature lemonade and sandwiches perfect for enjoying in warm weather or preparing for summer fun.
