Probably I'm the only one that thinks that their food is awful. I had the roast beef supposedly to be super tender. Well, it was a piece of leather. The ham and sausage (husband's) were so salty impossible to finish. But it always is like that. It is a mystery for me why they are so popular.

I've been a loyal CB patron for a very long time. Within the last few years it seems the quality and service leaves a lot to be desired. Also the portions have gotten smaller. One thing that hasn't changed is the friendliness of your employees. Kudo's to them !

I mean, it's Cracker Barrel. You know what you're getting when you go. This isn't 5- star gourmet cuisine, but it's good comfort food. This visit was my kids' first time, and they're all teens. They were caught off guard by the store at the front but loved the menu, games, merch, and atmosphere.
