Wow, I had their pulled pork (pernil) dish with yellow rice and beans. It was spot on with my puerto rican Abuelita ised to make. Tender, flavor full bites. I highly recommend this food vendor.
Freaking Rican food is a tremendous accompaniment with the fine beers at Center of the Universe Brewing. Ask for a slab of their farm-fresh tomatoes with the nachos. The combo is a summertime treat. Joe is a delight!
Joe at center of the universe is super. His food is carefully crafted And so very delicious. We went back for seconds. Definitely ask about the tres Leche cake. Secret time: ask for a slab of their garden-fresh tomatoes with the nachos. The combo is fantastic.
