This location has steadily begun its decent into mediocrity. They have continued to shrink their menu options and food quality is only slightly better than fast food. The service is not very good, not necessarily bad but much is left to be desired. The toppings bar was bare and the condiment jugs were empty and cheese sauce has disappeared.

I have stopped here several times. I asked for a medium rare, and it was almost well done. Fries were extra crunchy, which is exactly the opposite of what all other Fuddruckers' locations on how they serve their fries.

I remember the first Fuddruckers I went to as a child in Asheville, NC in the 90’s, and after not going to one since the, I was thrilled to see this one on my way home from a trip. I remember how the fresh made burgers use to fill up the plate and we would have to eat it with a fork and knife. As I entered the first thing I noticed was a large handwritten sign saying the CO2 is out, but they offered tea and juice. I saw that they had EXITOC meats and went for an elk burger. What I got was a pre-processed patty. My friends also got pre-processed patties as well. The burger did not have much taste to it. The toppings bar was meager as many things were out. This experience has ruined me ever recommending this place and instead I will send them to 5 guys!!

This is NOT the Fuddruckers you're used to / thinking of. Burger is equivalent to a school cafeteria burger
Food is not the same as at other locations I’ve been to. Hotdog literally looked like dog poop. The bun was just a regular bun not the buttered Texas toast bun. It was stale and hard. Couldn’t even eat it.

Not your normal Fudruckers, no cheese sauce no ranch wow basicallly pay for the extras and they don’t have it, when asked manager said we are a truck stop not a regular, if so take the name off!!

Very disappointed in this place, made me feel very unwanted. After a long drive from Maryland to Richmond (3 hour drive) for a soccer game we decided to stop here on our way back with some of the teamates. We were 16 in total. Not sure if it was because we are all LATINOS and your staff WHITE. As we stood in line, the cook came out approaching us in a very unpleasant manner, telling us that he is the only cook right now and how food will take longer to make, which is perfectly fine that's not an issue, we understand. We are paying not asking for free food. He continues to say I just want to let you guy's know the food will take longer and there will be no refunds. Umm okay....The way he was expressing himself basically felt like he was telling us to just leave we don't want to serve you. Just because you have a lot to cook and if the food doesn't meet our expectation we going to ask for refund? Keep in mind that we were the only customers there, that place was dead empty. Clearly the cook didn't want to work, guess it was too much for him and his staff to handle. I mean you have a kitchen fully equipped to make more than 10 burgers at a time as well as more than 1 fryer to make fries. He clearly didn't want to work nor serve us, so we left and took our business next door to Chick-Fil-a where we were welcomed. Funny thing as we were all leaving he was standing outside smoking a cigarette. Horrible customer service! I will never come back here again. I do not recommend this dingy looking place.
