To the people who keep saying it’s in a truck stop and talking bad about the truck drivers should just stay out of the truck stop we can’t take our truck anywhere to eat but you hop in your car pass a million places to eat and get gas but yet you come to the truck drivers place of business the only place they can go grow up

Ok, so it's a gas station restaurant, important piece of context that's seemingly absent from negative reviews. Yea it's not super clean, yea the cashier is unpleasant (which is a valid complaint they could probably have a nicer person running the register), but it's a gas station fudds. Still a great burger, if you love fuddruckers as much as I do or are a trucker and it's on your route it's worth it, if you're going out for a pleasant sit-down experience you should probably go elsewhere, not the best for that.

Went there on our way to Richmond. Fuddruckers have closed a lot of their locations, I don't know why this is still open. They did not have hamburgers, we ordered grill chicken, the chicken piece was small and not cooked well. Soda machine was broken so we had to get the drinks from the store next to it. The food was served in togo boxes not their regular trays. Food did not taste as it does at other good locations of Fuddruckers. Not recommended.

Food was okay. Service was good and the person at the cash register was friendly. They weren’t serving hamburgers though which sucked as you really go to Fuddruckers for the hamburgers. We each got the grilled chicken sandwich and it was okay. Chicken was a bit overcooked and could’ve had a bit more seasoning. The dining room was also very cold. Also, the soda machine was broken so we had to go next door to the shop and use their soda machine which was very weird. I think they definitely need to improve this location because it looked like it was about to go out of business or they just didn’t have enough stock.

Cashier with purple hair was very nice and friendly. Broken soda machine. Dirty tables. The food was awful. The burger had no flavor. The chicken was overcooked. Service was friendly, but you could probably hang meat in the dining room it was so cold.

The best burgers I ever eaten you need to try them they also have like a vegetable bar you can get all you want and the price is perfect cheaper than McDonald's but way way better than all those fast food and they cook it on the grill in front of you is j7st great

We have gone to this location in Ashland a few times before but it’s been a couple of years since our last visit. We were in the area and decided to go by because we enjoy their homemade burgers, BUT we were soon disappointed when the burgers are no longer homemade patties but the frozen pre-made burgers. And the bar with the toppings was not fresh. The guy that took our order had a wonderful disposition. We will not go back to this location because of the changes. It just wasn’t worth the money.

This place has been dying a slow death. Don’t come here if you’re in a hurry. Do come if you’re patient and don’t mind a bit of a wait. It’s a shame that they can’t get motivated people to work here. The ingredients for a successful restaurant are here just need to get some motivated people / manager to straighten it out before it’s too late.
