51 minutes to get a cold burger and fries, and a warm burger and fries. When we got there, there were only three occupied tables. Two of them were still waiting on food. Five more people showed up over there in the next 35 minutes. All seven groups got their food before. This was because there was half our order out as a To Go order, and never made the other half. At 40 minutes, the guy I was with went to check on our order. The was then identified, and the second burger and fries were made. The first, sitting out on the counter/not in a warmer, was taken out of the bag and placed on a tray. Both orders were then served. Oh, and they had no pepper or ketchup.

I would give a zero - we want to eat at 9:08. We were met at the door and were told they closed at 9. I said the site said 10 and was told it was a holiday. Is January 29th a holiday where restaurants close early? I think not! Just people not wanting to work. Disappointing.

We had not been to this location in a couple of years, because we thought it had closed. I took a chance today, called the store, and was told "Yes, Fuddruckers is still open". My husband and I knew, immediately, where we were going for lunch today. When we got there, it was just like we remembered. We were greeted by a very kind lady named "Betty", who just started. She took our order, brought us our food, and shakes. Betty made us our shakes and they were to die for! We watched Betty help two customers that were having an issue with the drink machine. It was amazing to see how they replace soda in the big drink machine there. Betty was having some trouble and two co-workers, William and L.J came to help her. There was no fussing or hollering. They were working as a TEAM and it was nice to see that. William makes no mistakes with your burger; it will come to you just like you ordered it. L.J. helped me with the hot cheese sauce. We both couldn't get the cheese to pump out, so he was kind enough to get a dipping spoon. If you have been thinking about trying Fuddruckers, please go! William, L.J., and Betty will treat you just like family. You will not be disappointed.
Their phone is on silent or something, I called the store while I was INSIDE the store and heard no phone ringing. Guess they don’t want to take your order.
Price is always Right
With so many mixed reviews I wasn’t sure what to expect. The place is a little dark and there was only one gentleman working. Was he the friendliest? No, but he wasn’t rude AND he is juggling working the register, cooking etc in a truck stop, which sometimes doesn’t get the most polite patrons. The food was excellent and the restaurant was clean. We had a bison burger, Kobe burger and sweet potato fries. They were out of elk, turkey, blue cheese, and some of the drinks at the fountain machine, but overall was a pleasant visit. Would go back.

Low on personal long wait to order Long wait for the food
Wish I’d never set foot in the place! Should’ve sprinted across the street for food that didn’t make me question my life choices. The bison burger? Completely destroyed, like someone tried to cook it with a blowtorch. And the service? Let’s just say I’ve seen glaciers move faster. I came in excited for a Fuddruckers burger, but left wondering if they knew what burgers even are. Meanwhile, the staff just stood around like they were waiting for an invitation to work while we all stared longingly at the milkshake machine. Do yourself a favor—go literally anywhere else!

The food is pre good here. Good tasting burgers and they have a bar for toppings that you can load up your burger with. The service was ok. The dining area is dirty. There were few other people in the restaurant, but most of the booths had drinks and other trash left on the tables. Soda was spilled on the seat I was going to sit in and there were a lot of sticky spots on the floor throughout the restaurant. I was surprised that they didn't have someone cleaning up the place, when they weren't busy.

I love Fuddruckers. This place does not deserve the name. Bun wasn’t a quality Fuddruckers Kaiser Roll. Fries were inedible due to over seasoning. Fixins bar wasn’t fresh. No honey mustard. No ketchup or mayo pumps, only packets. Cheese sauce seemed watered down. I was there shortly after it opened and it was dirty, which means it wasn’t cleaned the night before or morning of.
