The best burgers I ever eaten you need to try them they also have like a vegetable bar you can get all you want and the price is perfect cheaper than McDonald's but way way better than all those fast food and they cook it on the grill in front of you is j7st great

We have gone to this location in Ashland a few times before but it’s been a couple of years since our last visit. We were in the area and decided to go by because we enjoy their homemade burgers, BUT we were soon disappointed when the burgers are no longer homemade patties but the frozen pre-made burgers. And the bar with the toppings was not fresh. The guy that took our order had a wonderful disposition. We will not go back to this location because of the changes. It just wasn’t worth the money.

This place has been dying a slow death. Don’t come here if you’re in a hurry. Do come if you’re patient and don’t mind a bit of a wait. It’s a shame that they can’t get motivated people to work here. The ingredients for a successful restaurant are here just need to get some motivated people / manager to straighten it out before it’s too late.

The cook seemed irritated as a few truckers were coming in to order. Us truckers run on different shifts. Some of us don’t get to eat until later in the evening when shutting down. The place didn’t close for another 2hrs. Guess he been ready to get off🙄

Got Elk burger that was overcooked when I went up to the counter the exchange was not handled well as I found out later the employee was new to the company and explains why he didn’t handle it better. The good news is Josh stepped in handled the situation and got Betty the manager up to speed on everything and she got Kate to cook me another Elk burger to perfection! The three of them worked as a team to turn around an experience that was going south to a flawless 5 Star review thanks again for your professionalism !! Carlos

51 minutes to get a cold burger and fries, and a warm burger and fries. When we got there, there were only three occupied tables. Two of them were still waiting on food. Five more people showed up over there in the next 35 minutes. All seven groups got their food before. This was because there was half our order out as a To Go order, and never made the other half. At 40 minutes, the guy I was with went to check on our order. The was then identified, and the second burger and fries were made. The first, sitting out on the counter/not in a warmer, was taken out of the bag and placed on a tray. Both orders were then served. Oh, and they had no pepper or ketchup.

I would give a zero - we want to eat at 9:08. We were met at the door and were told they closed at 9. I said the site said 10 and was told it was a holiday. Is January 29th a holiday where restaurants close early? I think not! Just people not wanting to work. Disappointing.
We had not been to this location in a couple of years, because we thought it had closed. I took a chance today, called the store, and was told "Yes, Fuddruckers is still open". My husband and I knew, immediately, where we were going for lunch today. When we got there, it was just like we remembered. We were greeted by a very kind lady named "Betty", who just started. She took our order, brought us our food, and shakes. Betty made us our shakes and they were to die for! We watched Betty help two customers that were having an issue with the drink machine. It was amazing to see how they replace soda in the big drink machine there. Betty was having some trouble and two co-workers, William and L.J came to help her. There was no fussing or hollering. They were working as a TEAM and it was nice to see that. William makes no mistakes with your burger; it will come to you just like you ordered it. L.J. helped me with the hot cheese sauce. We both couldn't get the cheese to pump out, so he was kind enough to get a dipping spoon. If you have been thinking about trying Fuddruckers, please go! William, L.J., and Betty will treat you just like family. You will not be disappointed.
Their phone is on silent or something, I called the store while I was INSIDE the store and heard no phone ringing. Guess they don’t want to take your order.
Price is always Right
With so many mixed reviews I wasn’t sure what to expect. The place is a little dark and there was only one gentleman working. Was he the friendliest? No, but he wasn’t rude AND he is juggling working the register, cooking etc in a truck stop, which sometimes doesn’t get the most polite patrons. The food was excellent and the restaurant was clean. We had a bison burger, Kobe burger and sweet potato fries. They were out of elk, turkey, blue cheese, and some of the drinks at the fountain machine, but overall was a pleasant visit. Would go back.
