Jersey Mike's Subs Reviews
Horrible Service. Met here as a central meeting spot for a quick business lunch. The girl making the sandwiches that day was so rude and so unwelcoming I will never come back to this location. I was embarrassed because I'm the one that set up the meeting here for somebody I was making a business deal with. They even looked at me after I ordered and they ordered like, what is wrong with this woman? She didn't look you in the eye when ordering or asking how you wanted the sub, had...read full review
Online order should have been ready at 12:48. After standing and waiting for 20 mins, I asked the cashier if they had my order since I could see it sitting on a shelf behind her. I received slight shrug after she looked at the receipt. Another 15 mins, she finally picks up my receipt and gives it to the person making sandwiches who definitely doesn't know how to multitask. She was only filling the customers in front of her orders. While the person at the cash registered...read full review
So I went to this Jersey Mikes to pick up dinner this evening. When I entered the establishment they asked if I had a mask because it was required, so I went back to my car and put my mask on. Jersey Mike's Subs on Lakeridge Parkway is a welcoming spot with friendly staff and a charitable spirit. The atmosphere and location make it a pleasant dining experience, despite the slightly higher prices. The ham and cheese sub was delicious, and the service was top-notch. The staff went out of their way to ensure a positive experience, even offering a free drink when the closing time was misjudged. With plenty of parking available nearby, this is a place worth revisiting for a tasty meal and great service.
Customers praise the amazing 4th of July service, with orders delivered promptly. One first-time visitor, recommended by a manager at the nearby General RV Center, had a fun and friendly interaction with the young staff, who even joked about doing a better job than the customer's "Home Jersey Mike's." Overall, customers describe an excellent experience, with the ability to enjoy both American classics and specialty club sandwiches.
