The Worst McDonald’s Experience Ever!
If you don’t want to work there, find another job! The employee, a Black woman with black and white braids, was incredibly rude and unprofessional. I don’t understand how someone like that even gets hired for customer service.
I waited 20 minutes for my food, only to be served something cold and stale. To make matters worse, she had an attitude when handing it to me. The lack of care is shocking—especially when people are spending their hard-earned money.
I have two small children to feed while traveling, and this was beyond disappointing. I spent $20 on food that wasn’t worth a dime. I should have gone somewhere else, and I strongly suggest others do the same.
What really pushed me over the edge was hearing her mumble about how she was going to quit and how she needed to lock the door, all while walking in and out of the kitchen. This kind of slack service is unacceptable.
Management needs to do better because this location is failing its customers. I’ll never return.

The food was absolutely scrumptious with that pleasant hint of grease you would expect from a white trash breakfast from a methed out trailer
Vegetarian options: I recommend lots of cardio after eating here

Parking: Cracker barrel is right next door
Kid-friendliness: Right beside busy rt 1 no play ground and high drug motels across the street

I have to say this is one of the best McDonald’s I have visited. The place is very clean, neat and organized. The staff were very welcoming and helpful and brought our food to the table. Use this as a training location and maybe the others can learn something!! Great work ladies!!

Kid-friendliness: Provided information for kids items that was helpful. Environment is family friendly.
