We ordered a happy meal on the app for our child. When we got to the drive thru someone said they would be with us in and minute and then never came back. We parked and went in and no one was there to help. The team member that eventually came out said she had been there since 5:30 and had kids at home waiting for her. I told her I just wanted me food and then several people came from somewhere in the back. When I finally got my food the fries were old and cold. This was the worst experience I have ever had at a McDonald’s restaurant. Do better!

Fast friendly service. I used drive thru. Outside area clean.
Sucked. They were so slow you would’ve thought they were making new fries… but when I got my large fry it was filled like a small fry and barely even room temperature. Customer service was okay though.
Ordered a large Carmel ice coffee they forgot the Carmel. I just had cold coffee.

Black skinny girl with straight long weave was not helpful. Didn’t even try to help with the App and clearly didn’t know what I was talking about. She needs to be in the back making the food cause she’s not good at customer service.

You get what you pay for I guess, I ordered 3 Big Mac meals and a quarter pounder deluxe plus a 20 piece nuggets. The food was dry and tasted old but the best part was it came with no napkins, ketchup no sauces. So when I asked for these things I was met with attitude and dirty looks from the staff. Worst part she was the manager of the night shift. Guess it starts from the top.
