In June 21, 2025, we visited the Panda Express in Ashland, VA (northern Richmond area) and were pleasantly surprised by the service. The server (Minchul Cho) was very kind, took time to clarify our choices when we weren’t sure, and made sure we got a fresh dish when one ran out. My recent vacation included a stop at this Panda Express, and I was pleased with my meal. I typically order the fried rice and double orange chicken, and this location certainly upheld the brand's reputation for quality and taste, surpassing many other Panda Expresses I've visited. Should I find myself in the vicinity again, I wouldn't hesitate to dine here. The only minor drawback was the slightly inconvenient parking due to a dilapidated Wendy's next door...
Great service food was great first time at this location. I used to be a shift manager at one. And it was awesome here. The manager on duty served us and rang us up. Helped my daughter with the lil things she kept needing. Thank u for a great time out with my kids....
