Tried confirming my order through grubhub and they stated it was not in. I then confirmed with grubhub the order was accepted. I called back and they said it was on the other screen. I then asked for them to include teriyaki sauce and sweet and sour sauce, they stated they would... But, once the ordere arrived, none was available. Highly disappointed. Please make sauce options an option for grubhub. It is an option on the regular app.
The little fat Mexican woman was insolent and spoke very rudely and without respect for the client, I hear you don’t have a job? get out of here, go work somewhere else Panda Express is not for you! and when the client says what and how he wants low-men pasta, you should listen and do it if it is available, there is no need to argue and say some parallel things to the client! Panda Express - Administration, conduct an investigation into your employees, conduct retraining here...
I had an issue with payment due to an employee mistake but one of the managers sorted it out effectively. I was frustrated but he remained calm. Pretty excellent service and I wish everyone that works here the best of luck. No situation is irreparable.
