Placed an online order a few minutes before 8pm and didn't get our food until about 40 minutes later. Said they were out of bread bowls...ok no problem. One sandwich was already getting soggy where the tomato soaked through the bread and my daughter said her grilled cheese tasted different than usual and hurt her stomach. Baguettes were smaller than usual. No one said sorry for the wait just passed us the food. Will probably just get Chik Filet from now on since they are more efficient and friendlier on a consistent basis.

I recommend everything, especially the orange scones,I haven't seen the lemon scones when I recently visited,however eyis baked and cooked with a cup of uuuum ! uuuum! Good.

Stopped in for a couple breakfast sandwiches and coffees. They had plenty of open tablets to place our orders and pay. Food came out quickly. The dining area was well laid out, clean and comfortable.

Very great customer service. Even though the store was extremely busy (sports team + lunch rush) We had amazing service and speed getting our food. Lexie (took our order) had great composure despite the volume of people. She was very helpful and extremely kind!! Keep up great work thank you for the smiles :)Dietary restrictions: Very compliant and understanding about food allergies. Offers way to exclude and prevent contact from allergens.

It's only 4 stars cause they took the charged lemonade off self serve , and you gotta wait forever for a lemonade... if you a member of the sips club and that's all your visiting for at that point..its really frustrating.** Don't forget if there's a tip jar... You prolly should ...
