The folks that work in the Ashland VA Panera are always kind and helpful. Dani especially deserves a shoutout! I have been through the drive thru many times, been in the dining room many times. So I have encountered her at least a dozen times. She is delightful and helpful every single time! I have no idea how much money she makes but give her a raise to keep her!!!

Very happy with my Panera experience today! Recently, I’ve been having subpar experiences at other locations — but the Ashland location brought me back to the Panera I know and love. The presentation of the food, especially the salad, was beautiful. The baguette was also the right flavor and texture (something we have been disappointed in the past with other locations). We also ordered the frontega chicken sandwich which was wonderfully prepared. Thank you to this location...
