Since the one near me closed about 7 yrs ago I was pleasantly suprised this location was open. Food was just like I remembered it and the waitress was on point. Very happy and hope to return if traveling through the area again.
I was pleased you can order a 4 piece meal instead of the buffet. Ponderosa has the best fried chicken in Virginia and it's delicious bought to your table hot. I'd rather pay a little extra to get it hot instead of the buffet. I would advertise it on your board. I looked it up on the website. Keep up the great work guys.
I was rather quite disappointed... the butter tasted burnt, the steak had way too much fat... I've had better. You guys are slacking and it's starting to show in your food
