I had over $30 on my Starbucks card when I entered the drive thru (silly me I should've screenshotted it but who would ever expect an issue randomly).
I asked to redeem points for my drink to be free instead of paying with my Starbucks card. As I'm leaving the drive thru...my balance on the card dropped below $15, with ZERO explanation from the store or even the customer service phone number.

Horrible service- ordered at the register. After 15 minutes and my 2 drinks still haven't been made. I asked and was told it's a 20 minute wait and 4 other orders were still ahead of mine.
