I ordered a Venti "decaffeinated " black & white with almond milk & no whip Mochiato.I didn't pay any attention to the order on the side because it was covered with by a sleeve.It had caffeine, and I'm not supposed to have it due to Digestionional issues.I understand there was a new employee, but they should be shadowed to make sure the drink is what the customer ordered.I've been a Starbucks customer for 25 years and haven't had as much difficulty with my drink orders as these last 3 weeks.

The staff is always very nice, they don't have the best pace so if your in a rush I wouldn't stop but any other time they are wonderful and make some great coffee.

This is the SB that I and lots of coworkers occasionally use on our commute. Despite being understaffed and underpaid, despite I-95 motorists constantly overwhelming capacity, the workers here keep churning out coffee, day in and day out. They do a tough, tedious, high skill job, and I think they should be compensated for it. I hope that this store considers unionizing soon. Despite illegal tactics, propaganda, and threats from corporate, I hope they can see their way to representation in their work.

Horrible service- ordered at the register. After 15 minutes and my 2 drinks still haven't been made. I asked and was told it's a 20 minute wait and 4 other orders were still ahead of mine.I did not order in the app- I ordered and paid at the registered. When I asked for a refund due to a ridiculous wait time and never being disclosed of a wait time the worker that took my order was beside herself when I said next time she should let customers know its a 20 minute wait. She said there wasn't a wait.No other employee would help rectify the issue. I told another employee and she flipped an attitude.
