Had such a lovely experience, ordered through the mobile app, and my order was done before I even knew it. So seamless and easy, the employees greeted me as I entered, and I was in and out in a moment!
They never have sleeves for hot coffee. Just burning my hands. Not sure if it’s a budget cut or inventory can’t get figured out. But when I do ask for a sleeve sometimes they’ll give me 4. One sleeve one cup that’s all that’s needed.
I went to the Driv-thru and Brittany was the best, she assisted me quickly and efficiently, and at the voice box, and because her camera was on, i could see her smile, time of oder was 2:52 and she got my order at window in seconds, I was greeted by her smile, I gave her my partner numbers and she commented on my car with a smirk, then she gave my order and I was on my merry way, as a fellow barista, I was given the green apron service and she went above and beyond with writting...
