My partner and I were passing through on the way to Willamsburg, VA . We needed some strong coffee to wake us up. The service was wonderful. This was my first visit to a Starbucks since they took away my favorite drink, a Double Chocolaty Chip Frappuccino. I ask the Barista, Darian, about it and she explained that they still have the ingredients to make it but the button on the register is gone. So, she made me Chocolate Mocha Crumble without the mocha & crumble and I had my first Double Chocolaty Chip in 3 months. Bless her heart. There is no rating for food because we didn't order any.
Staff was so nice! I ordered a couple of drinks but really needed some free water and a couple of trash bags. They were so kind and have me two trash bags. THANK YOU!!! My daughter threw up on her weighted blanket and some other things and we still had 7+ more hours to drive home. I was able to sell them up in the Starbucks trash bags and we didn't smell it the rest of the way. Thank you so much for being so kind!!!! I did use the bathroom, very clean. It was a very...
