“Taco Bell is part of our family tradition—we eat it every Sunday without fail. So we’re definitely not new to the brand. While driving through Virginia, we stopped by this particular location, and we were blown away by the quality of food and service.
The order was made correctly, everything was warm, and for the first time ever, the nacho cheese served with the fries was actually hot and fresh. It made a huge difference—it was absolutely amazing!
This location sets a new standard. Corporate should do more audits and ensure all Taco Bell locations operate like this one. Whatever they’re doing here, it's working—and it needs to be replicated nationwide.“
“I went at 1030pm, the dining area had closed so I used the drive thru. I ordered a Diablo Nugget Combo Pack.
Service was polite. Food came out quick and accurate.
I did see some people coming back - but not sure if they got the order messed up or why.
Four stars for the food because it was cleanly put together, correct temps and amounts. Hesitant to give it a 5 because…it’s Taco Bell.“
