I went to Tail Whip for the first time last week and was pleasantly surprised. The staff is very friendly, the service is slow, but that's not much of an issue if you're catching up with friends. The live music was relaxing with a great set list. I ordered their delicious drunken noodles. Other people at the table ordered sushi which was decent, though I'm glad I opted for what I got. Definitely worth checking out!
Took my cousin here for his birthday dinner recently. His choice, he wanted Thai food and beer.
All the right boxes checked. My husband and I got there early and had the peel & eat shrimp. Cousin and friend came, and we got a ton of different things. Sushi, Tom Kha soup, pad thai, so many things.
The only disappointment was 2 beers that my cousin picked were both out of stock but he had another choice.

Pro: The crab was awesome, huge portion, clearly fresh seafood, cooked to perfection. Makes me think the rest of the menu is of the same caliber of choice seafood.
