I'm a regular at waffle house in Ashland Virginia we try to come when Mrs. Charlotte is working she is awesome. She is pleasant and she trys to help everyone. If the cook has not cooked the food how the order was placed she returns to the cook in a professional way and let's them know so it can be cooked again even though she is not showed the same respect as she gives. Charlotte is a true Gem.
We had never been to a Waffle House before so we stopped in for a late breakfast while traveling thru Virginia. The coffee was great, the biscuit & gravy was great but the waffles were AMAZING! I'm glad there's no location near me in NJ or I'd end up eating more waffles than a person should🤣honestly the best waffle I've ever eaten.
