Big Wawa fan all around. However, this Ashland location is the best of the best. Not many days that I don't stop for at least a coffee. I'm greated by name and the staff have regular made me feel extremely welcome and appreciated. I see the staff treat others the same way weather they are regulars or just one to guest. This store and it's staff should be given whatever the highest Wawa award is for excellence.

I do not know what the issue was with the cashier working the register—why she was in such a bad mood with us, or why she spoke to us in that manner. I was traveling from Florida to Massachusetts and sought out a Wawa store to purchase gas and cigarettes, but I was taken aback by the cashier's treatment. I would like to thank Wawa as a company; however, I do understand that the lady working there at 9:21 AM on Wednesday, May 27th, was simply having a bad day.

I’m giving 5 stars because of the employee Ashley. She is everything and does everything. She’s so awesome and sweet. She should truly be a manger & train others on customer service as she’s always going above and beyond. She makes my day. It’s a manger by the name of Joslyn that always speaks no matter where I am in the store and is also sweet as well everytime I come in . These 2 keep me coming to this location for sure.
