I work in the area inspecting some of the new developments. This place ALWAYS has hot food and I'm never disappointed with the service at the speaker or window. My sister has helped manage Bojangles for years and I'm impressed by the care they seem to take. Love being in the area!
Like playing fast food roulette. Very inconsistent in service. Wrong orders to food that’s seems like it is held over way too long. Sometimes it’s pretty decent, spin the wheel take your chance
The food is usually pretty good. Just unfortunate that this location doesn't show up in the app so you can't order ahead from this location. You have to go to other locations in New Kent or the Mechanicsville/Richmond area to take advantage of the app.
