We've been to Vinnys many times. I really hate to leave a bad review.
We went on 4/16/26 for my birthday dinner. The Appetizer chips we ordered seemed old. My husband's pasta was cold. My steak sub was small. Even though the waitress was good, she forgot I ordered a side of Fries. Having the other wait staff just stand around up front by the cashier or at "their" table was rude and always has been, from past visits. Very disappointing birthday dinner. I’m telling you this was disappointing. The whole entire resteraunt was disgusting. The girl at the register didn’t even know when they closed, all the waitresses just sit at a table and stare at you until they feel like getting back on their phones. While you wait for someone to even wipe the table off or get your order. Half of them had such a sloppy appearance that we chose to leave instead of get food.
