Every time you go, you have to sit in the drive thru at least 20 minutes, or if you do a pickup order, it's even longer. They won't make it till you get there and for some reason it takes them 30 minutes to fulfill the orders. Staff looks at you like you're nuts when you come inside to ask for whatever they forgot in your drive thru order. Sucks because I do enjoy the chicken.

Keosha was super friendly helpful & always gives us a positive experience. As for the short older white lady she needs to stay in the back.Night crew is awesome as well! Morning I don’t recommend unless Keosha or the guys are there! ❣️
