Went through drive-thru... got screwed in the drive through. Went inside to get hot food to replace the barely room temp food we got. Manager was quick to fix our order and provided some extras to make up for our inconvenience.

It was great to see everyone doing their job with a smile and respectful of each other! My recent experiences at other fast food chains other than Chick-fil-A, was totally opposite!
