My wife and I live in the area and like seafood restaurants. We always saw hook n reel and wanted to check it out. Food was great, the restaurant decor was very cool. Makes you feel like you are in the Caribbean on a pirate ship. By far the highlight of the night was the bartender Nate. We watched him bartend, serve tables, do the host stand. It was very impressive. On top of that his charm and personality was the best part. We will definitely be back, and was very happy with our experience.

We got the ALL YOU CAN EAT and two drinks w alcohol and Pepsi. The best thing was the Clam Chowder! We had seafood boil and the crab clusters were mushy and the sauce just tasted like it the packet out of ramen ( that was in my seafood boil). The wings wasn’t up to par( the eggs ,sausage…ok) and now im bout to throw up the food that I ate because SOMETHING wasn’t right about that food & i feel SICK

The worst experience I’ve ever had at a restaurant. I placed a takeout order, they charged me $120, and when I got home and opened the bag, it was completely wrong. A total disappointment. They didn’t even bother to check before handing it to me. With the prices they charge, you’d expect at least a minimum level of professionalism, but there’s none here. I will never come back and definitely do not recommend this place

Food arrived in timely fashion because they are not crowded today but I gave them 1 star because I'm confused why they charge %18 Service fee without notifying customers (the waitress charged me and added the 18% fee and I also tipped on top of it). When I got home, I noticed the charge and it costed me $117 for two people AYCE. I tip %20 of the bill which is what I always tip but adding that %18 on top is ridiculous. I don't think the service charge was supposed up be a tip but at the bottom of the receipt it said additional tip can be 5%, 6% or 7%. Very confusing as to why the service fee is so high??? And was the service fee and tip??? If it was then how come the server didn't say anything???
