I ordered an original chicken sandwich and a 3 piece chicken strip box for pick up. When I got home and opened my sandwich, it did not have a chicken filet but 2 chicken strips. Unacceptable. I will not be coming to this location again.

Food is not worth the price at all! At least do not order the tenders. Go to McDonald's and get their chicken nuggets. They are cheaper and crispier. The mashed potatoes are very fake overly processed. The biscuit and the soda and sauces are good but that's it.

If I could give 0 star I would. Ordered ahead online to minimize wait. Got there and ended up waiting 35 minutes and for the 1st 20 minutes no one even acknowledged myself or the 7 others waiting. Worst experience ever and something should be done.

Ordered a delivery of a big family meal with tenders and chicken and they didn’t give us any of our sauces in our order. Had to drive to the store to pickup the sauces which defeats the purpose of a delivery order. It would’ve been all good if they said sorry but they couldn’t even do that and gave me only one hot sauce packet for basically 16 pieces of chicken.

Wow! As if kfc wasn't expensive enough and i rarely go bc of the prices and there is so much better good. I pulled up and ordered my daughter a 2 peace for 5 bucks. I asked for a cup of water. They told me they do not allow cups of water anymore. Only bottles!!! Even if I had to pay 50 cents is fine but they are forcing customers to dig in their pockets for a bottle that probably costs almost the same as the meal! First tune being told cups of water was not allowed. This was the final straw. I guess one less customer from me. I'll continue to go to popeyes, chic filet. Chicken is better and food!
