Rosa over charge me by 40 cents didn’t aske me if I wanted a large with my meals . This is not good for anyone because that’s taking advantage of the customers and trusting them to be honest .

This is a terrible location. Go elsewhere or just hit up Popeyes. Dirty store. Horrendous customer service. Bad food. Avoid if at all possible.

If you are going to get food from this location be sure to do it in and not delivery. Even then the are hit and miss on their order accuracy. Food is is below mid. Drive thru service is sub par. You would think they would get better after the pandemic, but the place is barely staffed.

Never received the food and asked for cancellation. I was told to call the 100 support line. It’s been over 30 days and no refund

They have a no refund policy placed on the counter in small letters. I placed the order and paid for it. The cashier informed me that they didn't have one of the items. I didn't want to substitute, the young man then apologized and said that they had a no refund policy.
I asked to speak to the manager. The manager gave me a hard time and refused to give me my money back. I informed them that I was calling corporate on them at that moment. The manager was really rude. I have no understanding of them not refunding your money when they don't have the product.
I called corporate right in front of them. This is the worst KFC I ever been to in the 60 something years I've been on this Earth. Their customer service is horrible, they need to be trained on how to treat customers.
I spoke with corporate while I was in the store. After I explained to her what was going on, the manager on duty then refunded my money. This took place on August 3rd 2025.
I went back to KFC this evening around 8:50 p.m., the only reason I stopped by is because my brother wanted some chicken and this was the closest place to home. I asked about the $10 box, which they no longer have. I've been asked for a two-piece white original meal, I was told that they were out of original chicken. They had more than an hour left to stay open. I just left!!!
I will never ever go to this KFC again. They need to be trained and know how to respect their customers when they enter the store.
Make sure you check your food before you leave. They are constantly messing up.

This KFC’s got that hot, crispy chicken that smells so good. The staff here is friendly and quick, making sure you get your food fresh and fast. Thank you, Luis R, for the friendly suggestions.

Did not eat here but just an observation: At least 4 or 5 recent reviews have almost the exact same wording, i e.- super clean, pleasant etc. FYI, if you have to get your family/friends to submit good reviews, maybe that establishment is not for you, because now we can't trust them.

I got off work and wanted some KFC so bad. I went to this location being though it's near my job. Bad decision!! The tea taste like a dirty pot water. OMG the coleslaw was horrible tasted like it's been in the heat all day and spoiled. What ashame I love KFC and this experience at this one has turned me off. The young guy in drive thru has no personality customer service was so not welcoming. I will never revisit this location.

Chaotic and didn't get all of my order
This kfc is by far the worst. We placed an order online and waited tilll it
said order was ready for pick up. We went to go pick the order up to
be told that we would need to wait 25 minutes as there was no
chicken ready. I said I cannot wait for 25 minutes. please cancel my
order to which they said they would. 1 left the restaurant and looked
to see if the order was canceled but online it said order was
completed as if I had picked up the food when there wasn't any food
to be picked up I called the KFC 1800 number and let know what
occurred and that I would like a refund, and they let me know that
they could not give me a refund until they spoke to the store to verify
that I did not pick up the food because the store had not canceled the
order so I went to call the store to ask them again to cancel the order
and they answered the phone pretending that they were Bank of
America. I made multiple phone calls and each time they pretended to
be Bank of America and then would just hang up. I went back to the
store to request that they give me a refund and they refused. They
are incredibly rude and they obviously don't care at all. I don't know
how this one stays open. They are scammers.
