not enough seating, dirty tables

The guy with the scarf at the window makes sure I get my meal quickly and always gets my order right. If there is any delay or mistake, he always corrects it. Today, I ordered a half sandwich and soup and both have been served to me warm with no more than 10 minutes passed. I always appreciate his efforts as I understand that food service can be rough for him and everyone in the staff.

The white old lady treats me like I'm stealing chips.i took my order had sandwich and chips and drinks they forgot to give me drinks so I came back to ask for my wife drinks. And asked for chips as well but I didn't realize the have chips so I was going back to return it .when I turn around to return the chips the manager is behind me with another gus with her is like her backup and she told me u have chips..she took it and turn around. I feel like I'm stealing the chips.she don't give me a chance to correct my mistake.i think she wants to fire the guy she's just looking for reason to do it..Abigail should be the manager,not the old lady.

Order is made at small tablet available at enterance, then one have to sit and wait at bench provided pass the front counter, pick their order when their name is called or if they order in advance they pick the order at the cashier. My order was a scone. I directly go to the cashier, give my order, and pick it right there with my coffee cup. I usually go to this kind of dinner when I am hungry. I prefer to give my order to the cashier instead of a computer. Some places you get your coffee served with cream and sugar at the cashier here you get a cup serve yourself which I prefer.

The food is typical 'Panera', good, tasty. Someone helped me get my entree to the table as it's a self service restaurant. The patrons next to me were loud...4 guys...so Sunday was not a usual day.

So dark , they gave me two rotten apples with mold soggy and shriveled . I've never in 35 years of eatin out seen such bad quality. Didn't see til i got home. But they were already closed . Horrible quality and service . Update my sandwich is bad lettuce bruised chicken inedible it's the texture of fat
