Although I only come here as a Sip member the customer service was exceptional. It was near closing time, I apologized and the person at register, seemed like more than an associate said d something slo g the lines of Don’t worry, that’s what we’re here for. We’re here for the customer. That blew me away, 5 star all the way, I regret not getting the guy’s name. Congrats!!!

You either need to shut this location down or force the owner to renovate it immediately. The dining area is filthy and completely dilapidated. The soda station is disgusting, with machines missing parts. The bathroom is always wet, dirty, and clearly neglected. This entire location makes your company look horrible. Even the exterior sign is falling apart with letters missing or not lit. Charging nearly $30 for fast food for two people while allowing a place to look this run down is unacceptable. Do better.

Got something very simple - some bagels and a couple of tubs of cream cheese - unfortunately the person bagging the order didn't bother to include the cream cheese tubs that we had ordered!

This is the worst [and of all Panera's the only bad] Panera I have ever visited. At 3pm on a Tuesday it was dirty & it stank of burned coffee and burned food. The service was quick and civil [thus the 2nd star], but it was more a production line struggling to keep up with takeout orders than a restaurant. We had tea and split a bagel to stave off hunger and went elsewhere. I wish them well and hope they are coining it on take outs and Uber, but we won't be back to that one.

I’ve been a loyal Panera Sip Club member for years, but after my experience at this location, I won’t be coming back. The staff here is usually very friendly and helpful, but the manager, Ivana, was extremely rude and unprofessional.
The issue started when I tried to use my Sip Club to get a coffee. I had another Panera cup with me from earlier that I planned to refill for a coworker. The transaction went through normally, but once Ivana noticed the cup in my hand, she canceled the order and tried to charge me for two drinks. When I politely asked why, she spoke to me as if I was doing something wrong, which was very upsetting. If she had simply explained the policy kindly, I would’ve understood and paid without any issue.
This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had at Panera, and it’s disappointing after so many years of loyalty.

The staff at this location often seem in a bad mood, and online orders aren’t always ready when expected. Asking about an order can be frustrating. I’ve had much better experiences at the Arlington store, where staff are friendly and orders are ready on time.

I’d like to take a moment to recognize Mohammad at Panera Bread for delivering truly exceptional customer service. During my recent visit, I ordered a smoothie for my nephew, but he didn’t end up liking the flavor. When I mentioned it to Mohammad, he handled the situation with so much understanding and kindness. Instead of brushing it off, he took the initiative to make things right by offering my nephew a cookie of his choice to make up for the smoothie.

It may seem like a small gesture, but it made a big difference. My nephew left happy, and I left impressed by Mohammad’s professionalism and genuine care for the customer experience. Even though it seemed like his manager may not have fully approved of his decision, I want to highlight that what Mohammad demonstrated is the true meaning of great customer service — empathy, problem-solving, and going above and beyond to ensure guests leave satisfied.

In a world where good service is becoming harder to find, Mohammad really stood out. His positive attitude, patience, and willingness to help turned what could have been a disappointing moment into a pleasant one. Panera Bread is lucky to have such a dedicated and customer-focused employee representing their brand. Thank you, Mohammad, for your kindness and for making our visit a memorable one!

The only person who deserves 5 stars this morning is Donna, for pulling her weight and the weight of her co workers. I highly recommend your employees take note when CUSTOMIZED orders come through. We aren't trying to be special by asking for no cheese or egg yolk in our sandwich. We are asking for medical reasons, you have a job to perform and when it comes to customer service, as I've learned, just asking for the bare minimum seems like too much to ask for these days. If one co worker calls out, as I overheard other co workers discussing, then perhaps you should take the initiative to help your co worker out instead of letting her run the register alone and worrying about sweeping the floor. It's your job to make sure my review isn't a negative one, which it indeed started out as. Donna saved the day though, as I'm sure this is probably always the case.

Hi Carlos — It’s John with Lumina Solar. Is there a good time to schedule a meeting or phone call to discuss your solar project?

I have been a loyal customer at this Panera Bread location, visiting nearly four times a week, but today’s experience was completely unacceptable. A kitchen staff member, Veronica (Vero), flat-out refused to give me a coffee cup and spoke to me in an unprofessional and downright rude manner.

Being busy is no excuse for disrespect. If employees cannot manage the pressure of a rush, that is a management and training failure—not a customer’s problem. Panera Bread needs to take immediate action to ensure staff interacting with customers are properly trained in professionalism and basic courtesy. Veronica in particular should be retrained, if not reassigned, as her behavior is far below the standards a brand like Panera should uphold.
