I was there at Panera around 8 PM. She was very rude. Her name is Victoria she was cleaning. ButWhen she clean she push the chair disrespectful when we asking her. Are you OK Then instead of apologize she was say, I’m doing my job that’s not fair, as a customer she should respect and answer respectfully , I love Panera. I never seen like this customer service she was looking as like aggressive, we tell the situation to the manager,That associate she need to be coach and training thank you.

I used to come to this location along time ago , the service used to be superb from the previous manager , unfortunately I was really misbehaved today by a lady manager when she asked very disrespectful question to me as a customer:She said : what you looking for ?I said I want medium latte .She answered: do you have a credit card with you ???? I was really feeling extremely offended by this treatment.

The service was superb here! The staff were busy earlier today, but they were so polite nonetheless. The tall guy with glasses made sure my order was correct and was considerate. I feel very respected here. The atmosphere at this restaurant was comforting, knowing that everything is taken cared of. The food was great and delicious. I can see why they were so busy, everyone enjoys the high quality food and service. Will come back here next time!

I still prefer morning team .they more enthusiastic and professional. .especially yousef. He is always helpful and looking after me and my husband .....the staff are clueless and not well guided due to lack of proper discipline..I hope whomever oversees those folks look closely to this concerning problem. the food always delicious thank you.
