I come here for lunch at least twice a week. The ladies are friendly and know exactly how I like my tuna sub. And when I have a sweet tooth, the have fresh chocolate chip cookies. Thank you ladies.

Hello friends, I visited Subway restaurant with my family, it is located on Jefferson St. Baileys Falls CHurch, an excellent place to enjoy with your family, the service is excellent, the food is delicious, the attention they gave us, the employees are very friendly, I recommend this place….????

Came in during a lunchtime rush, Marie, the manager was so efficient and quick. Took my order with attention to detail and did it all with a smile. Love their efficiency and work ethic. 11/10 for great service.

I don’t understand why there’s so many bad reviews at this location. The staff is really nice, subs are excellent as well. And it’s also very clean inside
9 out of 10 people are asking for American cheese and they still don’t have it, charges still the same
There were 2 racist Mexican girls. Had me and my husband waiting while they both worked on one guys sandwich. There was a line of 3 black people behind us. Neither one of the ladies assisted us or even looked our way. They didn’t speak when we walked in the door. Had us waiting for over 15 minutes to order. Need to hire more people who are respectful and good customer service

Veryyy disrespectful young girl that works there. I guess she was the manager. I placed a mobile order in advance for two foot long sandwiches, only to walk in and see that they weren’t ready. The manager didn’t acknowledge me, so another lady that was restocking the food and bread stopped to wait on me. I told her that I had a mobile order and showed her my phone, so she looked around, but still started making the sandwiches for me. I get to the register and remind that lady that my order was already paid for, and showed her the app to show her that I ordered from them and the order had not been completed. The manager comes up and tells me that my order was already done. I told her that it wasn’t posted in mobile order, and that no one gave it to me when I mentioned it. Her response to me was “You need to ask!” Whooooooo are you talking to ??! And WHERE is your customer service ?! I told her that I DID mention it to the other lady, but apparently there was a language barrier. The other lady walked off, and the Spanish/Latina manager said, “You’re not getting two More sandwiches!” I NEVER asked for more sandwiches! I wanted SAME sandwiches that were JUST made after you guys FAILED to complete my order time. I was late to work dealing with them, and their service is TERRIBLE! If you’re big on respect and someone getting your order right by following “simple” instructions, pleaseee DON’T go here!

Umder staffed store. Had to cancel my order 10:45am they do not have artisan white italian bread? Come on. That bread is the one that most customers ask.

Not only they will get your order wrong, they will refuse to refund the item they messed up. These people can't even make basic recipe their company provides. Just avoid this location at all cost. Corporate complaint won't help. They will just send out automated messages and ignore your request for refund even when their employees mess up your order.

Walked in and got ignored. Worker was on lunch break and didn't acknowledge me. I guess someone was in the back but didn't come out. Wasn't the first time I had to wait for someone to come from the back. This was my last time coming here.

The app showed a BOGO offer for a FL Sandwich. But the outlet tells me there is nothing like that in the order placed.
I went to make a large purchase of gift cards at this location and the associates aren’t permitted to do this, only the manager. As the manager wasn’t working that day, I was told to come back tomorrow. This just seems like a not so good business practice.
They won’t pick the calls.
