She’s a great server and she really gave us a lot of options with ordering like really think about how there’s an employee that really cares. And she is really caring I wish I could give the service a 1000000 stars

I ordered from this Wingstop location via Uber Eats. I didn’t receive a 20 piece boneless wings as part of my order. I called to ask for them to make me the wings to fulfill the order, and they refused to replace them. It ended up being $20 out of my pocket. I don’t recommend this place due to the poor customer service and lack of attention to fulfill a mobile order.

Got a 10 piece wings - it had 1 wing, the wrong flavor, I was missing 2 sauces and both orders of fries were totally crumbs. Seems mismanaged, as it's always busy and the kids working here don't keep up. Would not reccomend this location.

i LOVE waiting an hour just for some mid tier food (new tender 3 piece combo). so many people working and they doing a whole lot of nothing. where is the manager of this place? they have a whole speaker that is so loud, i can barely hear myself talk to the cashier handling the orders. this place needs SERIOUS help. everyone needs to be trained again or something. everything is just so unorganized.
