I order a $70 carryout order from this branch every week. Two weeks ago, when I got home and opened the package, the French fries were missing. Today, at 6 PM, I went to the branch to pick up my order. Although my order was ready, the girl at the counter ignored me and was talking to her friend in Spanish. I waited for minutes to get my ready order. When I received my order, I checked it in the car and saw that the two cheese sauces I paid for were not in the package. The thin, dark-haired girl at the counter said the sauces were in the packages and sent me back to my car. Then I went back into the store and she had left the two cheese sauces near the counter. She literally made fun of me, giving me the order without checking it completely, and then lied to me in front of other customers, saying everything was complete! It was very rude behavior. 1/6/2026. around 6 pm.

The front staff doesn’t care about customers. They simply told that they gave my order to someone else after making me wait for 20 min without checking whether its there or not.
