The ice tea should be self serve with the other soft drink beverages. Waiting 15 minutes for an iced tea only is inefficient.

We had cold french fries when I went to ask for fresh fries she came back and said these just came out of the fryer and it may be the grease . Grease don't make your fries cold. Worse McDonald's ever. Don't stop

For once, Big Mac had what it should. Large fries was only 2/3 full. Slow drive thru, gruff wait staff

You will always have to wait an additional amount of time because you made an online order instead of a drive thru order just to get week old stale fries, garbage!

Great as far as McDonald's goes, but most importantly, their shake machine was working so I was able to have my annual shamrock shake.

I was driving late a night and needed coffee. I stopped to get coffee and decided to get fries also. The fries were not good and had about 8 packages of ketchup thrown on top of my fries which disgusted me, because I don't see the ketchup packages as being that clean to be on top of my food. I pulled back onto the road and and within 1 to 2 minutes took a sip of the coffee and it was horribly cold. It must have been sitting there all day. This experience was not good and I feel a bit ripped off.
When i had order an iced coffee the first one was way too bitter then when I brought it too their attention they made it's way way too sweet.

So; this lovely individual named Ana had helped me and my brother in law out with our purchase because we were having issues with the payment going through on our card when she did not need to do so. Thank you, Ana. This is how people should be in this world, helping people out of the kindness of their hearts when they are able to assist another person. Thank you, you are amazing and you had amazing customer service and was very kind and patient. I would definitely recommend this McDonald’s!!! You are amazing, please. Keep them on your team and continue to help others despite how cruel people can be in this world. Paid 23$ for breakfast hard biscuit with gravy, love a good piece of grissle for a chicken biscuit and HOT sauce instead of mild sauce I reckon nobody can read the packet complete waste of money
