This is a brand new restaurant. We stopped here because the gas station next door smelled of bad oil. Imagine our surprise that this Hardee’s had exactly the same smell! It’s like both places are getting their fry oil from the same (bad) supplier. Definitely needs to be resolved before we’d consider getting anything to eat at either place.
So a biggie bag is 5.99 for 2 items plus fries n drink. 90 cents to up size to medium. They put mines at 6.89 plus 1.00 because for another double burger. A rip off and it's not posted anywhere. My meal should have came to 15.49 not no 17.49. Manager lied saying nothing he can do. The manager n employee was high. Stoner high u could see there eyes right low. So why charge for something that suppose to be in the bag for 5.99 n it doesn't say nowhere 1 for for the extra double burger. Rip off that's what they is. ... hell they took 25 minutes for food...
Never again
Slow service due to employees being too occupied with each other, after finally being asked to order I was rushed along and had to reach across the counter to get my drink as the employee just walked away with no words.

Five dollar biggie bag two sammiches fries and a drink
Without a doubt the worst all-around Hardee's I have ever tried... No one in line when I walked up to the counter and it took almost 10 minutes before someone took my order.. then the lady taking my order was rude and an inconvenience for her to have to take my order.. don't go here.. you'll be much better somewhere else

Avoid this place. Placed order 4 sausage biscuits, 1 bacon platter. Finally got order 20 minutes later. 4 people after me got their biscuits before me. Drive thru people all got their orders. Bacon platter was cold. Never going back. This place is terrible.

They reopened and are cleaner and better. Gotta wait though on food mostly every time. Food is always good though and fresh.

So slow! First got my order wrong, then had to wait 15 minutes for the ONE item I ordered
UPDATE (7/25/2025): Was passing through Bedford Again. Stood at the counter for 5 minutes waiting to order. A girl walked right by me and completely ignored me and went about her business mixing tea, knowing I was waiting to order. After 5 minutes, I had to call out to get someone else's attention to finally get my order taken.
