I like extra crispy and only once in seven trips to KFC have they had any ready. Last time there order livers , which were advertised on the front ad board, and again out of liver. If you don't have it don't advertise it, common sense!!!

Waited from 5:09 til 5:31 on a order of 10pc nuggets. Not the meal..just the nuggets. Lady said it would be a couple of min wait cause they were cooking...lol! What a joke! They should've been free! Had it not been for my grandaughter wanting them so bad, they wouldn't have gotten a dime from me. Service sucked and so did the staff. Kfc must hire any one now days cause the one on 460 near Bonsack staff is much worse. We could hear the person taking our order threatening to hit her coworker.

Monday, July 17, 2023 2pm I drove thru and ordered 2 breasts and 2 thighs, fries, and lemonade. I received 2 thighs and 2 legs with fries and drink. I drove back to restaurant and walked inside with my receipt and asked them to fix it. They put the order in a new bag but, didn’t transfer salt or ketchup. The box fell apart upon opening it and fell into the bottom of the bag. There was no napkins or silverware included which I would think for drive thru would be a given! We drove home 20 minutes then opened everything up. Fries tasted old and hard, chicken was dried out with skin missing. Some of the meat actually hard and yellow ( see pictures). Lemonade was watered down and they forgot to transfer the salt and ketchup after changing bags. We tossed out all the food and deemed it not for consumption. I opened up an inquiry with KFC Corp #01572848 . The staff didn’t give me back my receipt when they fixed the order. Desire a credit please to my cc.

I ordered from there. I got a 12 piece nugget combo with an extra macaroni and cheese and fries they forgot my fries and macaroni and cheese and biscuit. I had to go all the way back there to get it because they wouldn’t pick up the phone and they give me a new bag and it has chicken nuggets coleslaw and nothing else I am fed up with this I have called her phone 12 times in total and they did not even bother to pick up. It is really unprofessional and I want my money back.
