Can't complain they are always nice and when my order was wrong they fixed it and brought it to my car , it's hard to find good customer service in a fast food joint but this place does an amazing job I have never had any real issues..hope they keep it up

I like extra crispy and only once in seven trips to KFC have they had any ready. Last time there order livers , which were advertised on the front ad board, and again out of liver. If you don't have it don't advertise it, common sense!!!
