Food is good. Just wish they would fill up the containers of the sides. You pay over $5.00 for a large side and when you get home, you can put both sides in one container. Looks like they only fill the containers half full. You definitely don't get your money's worth.
There are three (3) noticeable things about this KFC in Bedford VA.
* The chicken was cooked just right. I loved the taste and it had the right consistency of crunch.
* The restaurant was clean and the decor was warm and inviting.
* BEST STAFF of any fast food restaurant that I've ever visited.

Over priced and over rated the cashier didn't know how to operate the cash register and neither did the other employee he called over to help and I was only ordering a simple meal for one person and I finally gave up and changed my order to get a meal before I died of old age
