Iam writing this letter to show my appreciation and admiration for the great service provided at the McDonald's in Bedford, VA especially under the charge of Qualissa. Ms. Qualissa is like a little superwoman. She does everything. It gets extremely busy in there at times and she doesn't stand around an bark directives at her team. She rolls up her sleeves, jumps in where she's needed, and leads by example. She goes out of her way to ensure customer satisfaction...
I use my app here to order food and sometimes it's ready when I get there. The thing I hate the most is that there is never anyone at the cash register, so ordering ahead of time doesn't do me much good. I have to wait for someone to finally come to the cash register to check on my order.
I can't eat their food because of allergies, but I love their tea. It's more expensive in Bedford than Lynchburg or other places so I ask for light ice, aferall, I'm in the drive through so no refills and I want to get my money's worth. The last few times I have been there they say it's light ice, but it's over half way full with it. I say something and where they used to fix it, dump some ice out and fill with tea, they just give me a smart answer...
