Ordered my food to go, was told it would be 20 to 25 minutes. Got there after 30 minutes. There were 7 people waiting for to go orders. I waited there for almost 30 mor minutes and finally someone asked for a manager. The manager did not come out, but the brought out ALL of our to go orders at once. They mist have just been sitting in the back and nobody cared to bring them out, my food was cold and gross.... nobody was offered a discount, nobody was offered a refund, we just got a shoulder shrug. I understand an off night, we all have them, but this is only the second time eating here and both times were terrible.

Today was day after Thanksgiving. Busy day for everybody.Arrived at 5:40. Was seated promptly. Waited 20 minutes before drink order was taken. Got drinks but no salsa or chips until another 30 min later.Finally orders were taken. It was approx 45 min later and food was cold.At this point we won't go back for a while.

My Last visit was horrible. Long wait and we had to tell them they had empty tables outside to be seated several times. Our food came out wrong and one at a time for a table of 5, It took forever. They gave us plastic silverware to use. We barely ate and some of us not at all after 2.5 hours of being there. We won't be returning.
