MJ’s Grill & Bar

I ordered chili bean soup, salad an bread. Horrible! The chili tasted and looked like canned chili from Walmart and was very pasty. The bread was not even grilled and the salad was tiny and thrown together. It was not work 10.00!

Well let’s start that it took over 90 min to get our food, had to constantly ask for drinks to be refilled (only after the entire table of eight glasses were empty), cheese sticks were not even melted in the middle, cheese fries barely had any cheese on them, and only after we asked the manager about our food it finally came out luke warm. Over salted meats, shrimp and grits barely even warm and food was not even prepared as we asked. You would think that management would take off some of our bill due to the issues but nope…..not one cent taken off. Ridiculous We only tried this place because liberty station was out of power and never again will I ever grace this place again with my business.

Love Mj’s!! We always sit outside on their patio. Great service and drinks!! Love their burgers and fries!!!!!

the BEST food we've had in a long time. we loved it so much we drove from Roanoke back again yesterday and it was just as delicious as the day before. please keep your cook because the burger was delicious, the pork chops were delicious, my mother salom was delicious and my husband said the best chili he'd ever have. my mother got French onion soup to take home twice she said hands down the best she ever had. our new favorite restaurant. please keep your chef!!!

Had brunch DoorDash'd today and I am still thinking about how good those pancakes were 12 hours later! All of the food was delicious. My first time trying their food and it was amazing!

Stopped in because a friend recommended this place. Great food and phenomenal service. Destiny was the best waitress we have had anywhere in a long time. She was extremely intentional, conversational, and attentive. Highly recommend eating here and ask for Destiny.

Went there today with some family from Philadelphia. Five of us total. We sat with Liz. She was outstanding. It’s nice to get a server with a personality. She was on the ball with absolutely everything. Some of us ordered from the breakfast menu and some ordered from the lunch menu. Everything was outstanding coming from the kitchen. The manager was visiting tables checking on everyone. The dining area and the bathroom was very clean. If you’re in the Bedford area, I would recommend MJ’s.

Horrible service from the day bar tender, she would rather sit at her table off to the side and talk to coworkers versus taking care of folks there paying for food and drinks. Was glad to have found the spot as I pass through 5-6 days a week, now I know where NOT to stop!
