I judge places by their restrooms. Zero stars do not exist. The men's room has one stall and one urinal crammed into a closet sized space with a door that opens out into the store providing no privacy. And, it was dirty as well. The rest of the place looks rundown with overpriced junk food. I didn't try the high-priced chicken to know if it is worth it. The gas prices are in line with others and they have high the octane one of my cars likes.

Two items purchased were bad was given refund items are not selling their prices need reduced. And items need checked for out of date or bad item. Men's urinal needs CLEANED .

I’ve had chicken from here 3 times, once it’s been edible. The other 2 times it was like rubber. I suppose it’s the timing but as much as it costs, it should be fresh! Also whenever I go in there, there is absolutely no help! You are hard pressed to find anyone at the register. And the restrooms have been a hot mess! I believe I’ll stick with Sheetz. I’ve gave Royal Farm a go but it’s just not my cup of tea.

I’ve visited the Royal Farms in Bedford, VA a couple times and unfortunately, my experiences haven’t been good.. on one occasion, I wanted a drink that was clearly marked at $2.79 but it rang up over $3. The cashier wasn’t friendly at all and said, “Not my problem. I just work here and I’m really not in the mood today,” followed by “Take it or leave it I don’t want to hear nothing else!” I left the drink on the counter and walked out. It’s unfortunate to say this, but I can see why this place has a bad reputation. All I hear from multiple people is negativity about it. I hope that management takes these concerns to heart, as a little kindness and cusotmer service can go a long way in improving the overall atmosphere. If I start hearing better things, I might be willing to visit again and update my review!

Angela store leader was great! Also I love the way the candy aisles and everything is lit up with lights. It makes it so much more appealing. The guy in the Delhi I don't know his name at the time, but he was also fabulous.Y'all need to put one of these stores in roanoke va aa well

Terrible service. Ordered 10 PC chicken and girl behind the counter said she would have a fresh batch coming up in 15 minutes if we wanted to wait. I said sure, was pleased at this point. No exaggeration 44 minutes later we were still waiting. They weren't busy, so that excuse is out the window.

Can’t get an employee to check you out. I’ve waited 10 minutes once because I needed my gas receipt when the pump wouldn’t give it to me. Always go in for a free drink though they never even pay attention.
I want to personally complain about one employee in particular that works in the morning who I believed goes by the name of Larry. I’m usually in and out of the store weather it’s buying something simple like candy or getting some actual food I am not always there in the morning but the times I have been I have heard him not only talk to other employees horribly but to customers as well. It’s very unprofessional and straight rude to talk to anyone like especially if you are a manager or in some sort of a higher position. It should not be allowed or tolerated on both sides.

Looks nice on the outside, overpriced on inside. Bought a club tails canned drink, on the cooler they are clearly marked 2.49, rang up 2.79 and all the employee said was( we can't change the price.) Would not refund the difference. Prices are not marked correctly.
