Came here on our way home to Roanoke and had the best meal I've had in a long time. Got the fried catfish with lemon pepper seasoning, the crunch of cutting into it and the flavor was off the charts. This is an amazing small restaurant. The staff is nice and friendly, it’s like a family. The fried pork chops are some of the best I’ve had in years, I have a dairy allergy and they were so accommodating. Hands down the best restaurant in Bedford. Decent prices for the quality of food you get. The collard greens are to die for. I will definitely be back. I appreciate yall and how you made me feel like home.
I’m from Richmond but went with Bedford family on a fairly busy Friday night. I had the fried catfish with coleslaw and fries. It was an incredible meal. Fried fish that wasn’t oily just crispy on the outside and perfectly cooked on the inside. The seasoning was exceptional. The coleslaw and Mac and cheese my husband had were incredible. You can tell it’s all homemade with love. The sweetest folks too!
