Interesting first time visit to a Wendy's to buy two salads at the request of a friend. Went to the counter! MISTAKE ! Obviously, there is no help for a first timer! The person at the counter mumbled her questions. Couldn't understand a word. Said to skip whatever she asked for! ( ended up to be blue cheese crumbles) That was worse! Some guy behind me told me "this is not NYC". Are you kidding me? First and last time to Wendy's. Way too much...
I actually for the first time at this location didn't have to wait for my food and everything was in the bag!!!!! Did yall fire all the old employees. I had to look back and see if it was even the same
Decent fast food place in bedford. Food is usually pretty good. Service is lackluster most of the time with most employees looking like you're bothering them by giving them your business. My wife likes their chicken nuggets. That's the only reason we keep coming back.
