My food was very fresh today and the biscuit was soft and hot even the soda was hitting ? fries and supremes was on point too... good job... i haven't had food in a while that I didn't have to complain about...please keep it up and stay consistent

I am a frequent customer of Bojangles however a different location. I stopped at the rt. 1 location and I will not ever be back. It was such a a let down. First I approach the speaker and am told to wait ok fine. Then 6 minutes later she takes my order. I wanted 2 supreme rice bowls. She first told me that would be a 5 minute wait. Which I said that's fine then she said oh no we not making no more rice. I said why not I do not mind wait and she said no we are not making no more we close at 7pm. This was at 4:58pm so I said ma'am it's only 5pm. Mind you this is 19f the items they are promoting RN so wouldn't you want to have the item available.
My $5.00 biscuit look like it came off the dollar menu. Tasted great but less filling.

They said we can’t use Apple Pay in the drive thru only in the store. Then the biscuits were big and burnt, I ordered 2 bo berry biscuits bc I had 2 meals and only got rung up for one and that was overly brown as well. I love Bojangles so this was a huge let
