Biscuits and chick both looked so flattened out. No fullness or fluffiness to either. Sandwich also did not taste as good as they used too. Employees were friendly. Building was very clean.Wheelchair accessibility: Yes
I asked the cashier why the customer eating area was so cold. She agreed and said it was preset - nothing they could do about it. It was so cold that I couldn't lay my forearms on the table to rest to eat. It was very uncomfortable, and for some people interior cold atmospheres can bring on headaches which I almost experienced. The thermostat must have been set in the mid fifties- ridiculous

They said we can’t use Apple Pay in the drive thru only in the store. Then the biscuits were big and burnt, I ordered 2 bo berry biscuits bc I had 2 meals and only got rung up for one and that was overly brown as well. I love Bojangles so this was a huge let
