Yolanda the manager had me pull out of the line to wait 15 minutes for a snack wrap meal and had no car for apology. Then as I waited in the store for my order proceeded to speak poorly about me in Spanish to the other workers… I speak Spanish.

Slowest McDonalds I've ever been to. If you come in the evening its standard that you order at the mic, pay at window one, and the employee in window two tells you to go wait somewhere in the parking lot. You can order two regular hamburgers and it's still go wait in the parking lot, we will be out in 15 minutes. Horrible and horribly consistent.

Just like the old McDonald's in waterloo that got shut down to constantly having complaints and lousy service this location is no different once again my order is completely wrong and they forgot not 1 but 3 hash browns for my order

I really need to stop supporting this location. I usually only come here because it’s 2minutes from my house. Breakfast is always good. Lunch and dinner are a different story. Every time, I use the mobile app, and every time there is something wrong or missing. Whether it’s nugget sauce, or a fries or a burger. Usually it’s sauce (like it was again tonight). Once ordered apple pies and was told they had none. I said I would wait, and they were not happy about it. Was also given an old apple pie that had a new sticker stuck over the original sell by time. We’re talking hours past it’s sell by. And they NEVER fill the fries. My order tonight had 2 large fries and I am not kidding when I say they were barely half full. Could not see them unless I looked into the container. Ridiculous. I didn’t pay for a medium fry. I paid for a large. Tonight is probably the last time I will ever go to this location past breakfast hours.
By far the rudest McDonald's I've ever been to and considering I drive over 80k miles a year, I have been to a lot of them! Do better!!! They have absolutely ZERO idea on what good customer service is and how to be kind. Definitely wouldn't recommend to anyone.

Ordered at 1015am yesterday from drive thru. Order was wrong. 2 wrong breakfast sandwiches and 3rd was cold. Manager won't make it right. So I had to reorder a 2nd time and still the order wasn't right. DONT GO TO THIS MCDONALD'S IN BERRYVILLE VA. THEY DONT KNOW WHAT THERE DOING THERE AND THE MANAGER DOESNT KNOW HOW TO BE A MANAGER. TURNING THIS MATTER OVER TO MY LAWYER IF NOT RESOLVED IN 30 DAYS.
