Ordered at 1015am yesterday from drive thru. Order was wrong. 2 wrong breakfast sandwiches and 3rd was cold. Manager won't make it right. So I had to reorder a 2nd time and still the order wasn't right. DONT GO TO THIS MCDONALD'S IN BERRYVILLE VA. THEY DONT KNOW WHAT THERE DOING THERE AND THE MANAGER DOESNT KNOW HOW TO BE A MANAGER. TURNING THIS MATTER OVER TO MY LAWYER IF NOT RESOLVED IN 30 DAYS.

I ordered a double cheeseburger through the drive-through, and when I took a bite while driving, it tasted absolutely foul. I gagged and spit it out only to find that my bread was infested with mold. Called saying that I had an issue with the food and explained to them and they told me they couldn’t give me a refund unless I physically brought the hamburger back in at which point I was already miles away on my road trip. Needless to say, I will never stop there and I think anyone plans on stopping here should think again
Repeatedly unable to fulfill simple requests of "no onions" and "no ice."
Hardly anyone there speaks English.

The most shitty McDonald’s I have ever ate at. Can’t ever get an order correct. Overcharged because their workers can’t make something a double when you order it. I call to get them to correct and because I ordered as delivery they refuse to do anything including replacing my order.

James the 2nd Assistant Manager is full of attitude and not enough manners. Rude and brushed off my suggestion like he doesnt care and doesnt want to be there. He should get more training in customer service.
The SLOWEST McDonald’s ever, food is the same as it is everywhere else but you might as well go sit down somewhere because it’ll take roughly the same amount of time.
