Worst Mcdonalds in the area. Majority of Employees are very unfriendly. Everytime you go through the drive trough the famous words are “pull up to the rail or park in spot #2”. You wait 30 mins watch 20 other people that were behind you get their food then youre comes out wrong or half your shit is missing.

I ordered a chicken sandwich and what I received was a chicken nugget cosplaying as a sandwich. The bun was doing all the heavy lifting while the chicken sat there, embarrassed, undersized, and clearly under-qualified for the job.
This isn’t inflation — it’s audacity. If the chicken gets any smaller, just hand me the bun and a picture of poultry. Charging full price for this is wild.
Do better, McDonald’s. Customers shouldn’t have to play “Where’s the chicken?” when ordering a chicken sandwich.

This McDonald’s location has some of the worst service I’ve ever experienced. The wait times are always long, and they can’t seem to get orders right. I don’t eat pork, yet they’ve given me sausage multiple times when I specifically ordered steak for breakfast. One time, my steak bagel even had wax paper inside the sandwich — completely unacceptable. I’m done with this place. They’ll never get another dime from me.

The kiosk was broken, and there was no sign to say that, so we watched a total of 12 people attempt to use it while the lady at the register watched, saying nothing. 2 out of 3 hand sanitizer dispensers were empty, ketchup dispensers were empty, service was very slow, fries were cold even though the fryer alarm was constantly beeping. Watching the crew work, I could see that they are just disorganized and poorly trained. They could benefit from a visit from an upper management trainer.

Place is either a rip off or very incompetent. Ordered a double quarter pounder and paid for it. Waited over for a bit in the drive thru while 2 to 3 cars that were behind me got their orders before I did and all I ordered was a burger and 6 pieces of nuggets. I looked in the bag before leaving and it was a double quarter pounder box. Opened it up when I got home and it was single quarter pounder inside.

Yolanda the manager had me pull out of the line to wait 15 minutes for a snack wrap meal and had no car for apology. Then as I waited in the store for my order proceeded to speak poorly about me in Spanish to the other workers… I speak Spanish.

Slowest McDonalds I've ever been to. If you come in the evening its standard that you order at the mic, pay at window one, and the employee in window two tells you to go wait somewhere in the parking lot. You can order two regular hamburgers and it's still go wait in the parking lot, we will be out in 15 minutes. Horrible and horribly consistent.
