An absolutely stunning winery with good wine and great prices. They have a few small bites but were stable to accommodate my GF restrictions. Peaceful views and would definitely return.

Most of all - the owners Jim & Della's hard work and love for their craft is evident everywhere.
Arriving there is like visiting good friends, hangingout in their backyard.

Gorgeous charming oasis of a vineyard. Visited after tubing at Watermelon park. Debbie was a gem! She explained every wine in amazing detail during our tasting and was very helpful and nice. $15 for a six wine tasting is a deal! The Riesling was the best for enjoying on the veranda next to the water fountain. The figgy pizza with figs and chorizo is a must. Come relax at this beautiful winery. Worth the drive from DC.

What a wonderful vineyard/winery experience. Jen M is a wonderful host/manager. She shares essential details about the wine and is incredibly kind. Also she recommended the figgy pizza from the small bites menu. It’s strange how incredible that food was. The Rose was delicious. All of the wines were tasty. Well worth the visit!

I cannot say enough amazing things about this vineyard/winery. The friendly service, the gorgeous views, and the amazing guests speak for themselves. The wine is top notch. I am so happy to be a club member of such an amazing establishment! Everyone should experience this location at least once.

Love this winery! We have been members for almost 2 years. We feel at home at Veramar compared to other wineries where we feel like we are just a number because they are so commercialized. We love Jen! She is so friendly and gives us excellent customer service!

We really enjoy their wine and have been members for several years - my rating has nothing to do with the quality of their wine and everything to do with the quality of the experience of a visit. Lately the tasting experience has been pretty painful. Just recently we went on a Sunday and there was only 1 person working, she seemed really overwhelmed, and the tasting took about an hour which is ridiculous. Also, they have fire pits going on the patio, which might be fine for some people but I absolutely HATE smelling like fire and even as a club member it makes me not want to visit because I know I’m going to have to walk past a fire pit just to enter the tasting room. It would be really nice if they didn’t have fire pits up on the patio because they aren’t enjoyable for everyone and there is plenty of other space to put them where people could enjoy them. We really do enjoy being club members but the experience has definitely gone downhill recently.
