Employee texting I'm assuming when we arrived,never looked up,asked what we wanted, reasked after finally putting phone down, ice cream not smooth had some chunks not our regular experience with soft serve ice-cream, tasted a little off,ordered a medium cone of vanilla, great price and amount unfortunately with the off taste and chunks threw it away.

I have been going to Willie's for several years. what's impressive is they have been able to hold the quality and service to a very high level throughout C19, inflation and well... just life. not only to the make a very nice ice cream but they also will make one for you puppy. I know everyone will but Willie's will adjust the cone to a small amount to keep your co-pilot happy and fit, thank you Willie.

Unfortunately was not a fan got three ice creams they melted very quickly was rushing to finish before it turned to milk and was alot of trash around area and behind was a very pleasant sitting area.

Stopped by with my two girls on our way home from the Discovery Museum. They both got soft serve (swirl) and I got a “lollipop” (see pic) with vanilla and watermelon. The woman who served us was super nice, and our treats were so good on a 90 degree day. Will definitely stop by again next time we are in the area.

Fast and easy ice cream! Willie, and his staff, are always polite when taking orders. They are patient with my young children who like to order for themselves. Whenever my family is driving through Berryville, stopping at Willies is a must. Yummy ice cream at affordable prices.
