Not a huge fan of KFC, but I love their fries! Easily best fast food fries out there. Restaurant is typically clean and staff is friendly.

All was as it should have been, except that as for now it would seem, that I nor anyone else who knew about the double Col. burger combo, livers, the desserts and the always superb buffet dining experience that people had come to expect from a chicken restaurant, can't get a really awesome cheeseburger anymore in this town. BUMMER!!Parking: Maybe parking for 70-80 vehicles.

Keeps adding pickles to the chicken sandwich that I don't want pickles on. You can take off every other thing on a sandwich and it'll be fine, but once you add pickles to something it will always taste like pickles.

Went during the evening dinner time & they actually had chicken ready! I was surprised because some of the KFC'S would be out & we would have to wait. Way to go KFC in Big Stone Gap!
Went through the drive-thru. Fast, accurate, friendly service. Food was good. Typical KFC. I usually get the 2 chicken littles combo. I tried the chicken sandwich and decided to get this the next time. It had quite a large, juicy piece of chicken. I definitely got more chicken than with the 2 chicken little sandwiches. And the chicken littles sometimes have quite a bit of somewhat crunchy edges that I don't care for (adding to less actual meat).

Think we were the 1st order of the day. Think they just reheated leftovers from the night before. Chicken tenders were so tough could hardly eat. French fries were dark brown. Won't be back to this one.
