I did not won't to make a bad review. I just wanted to ask if KFC and changed its recipe. I ordered a 10 piece bucket of crispy chicken online today. It did not taste good. I first questioned if kfc changed the recipe. I could only eat one and a half piece of chicken. the chicken inside and the breading did not Taste good and the crispy wasnt crispy.
Their employee (Harold) was the most disrespectful man I have ever met. Especially coming from someone so old that respect is expected, he sure didn’t know how to give it. I’ve, unfortunately, ate here a few times and each time Harold was our cashier, he made even terrible fast food service look good.
The drive-thru is SO FAST! We get our food almost immediately after paying every time we go.
