Today my family and I visited McDonald's in Big Stone Gap Va. I places my order with no issue but as soon as I paid for my food and moved up to the next window I was given a drink that I clearly didn't order. My daughter is a Type 1 Diabetic so I ordered her a diet coke but she was given a sweet tea. None of the other kids drinks were labeled as a diet so hers was the only one missing.
