We used Blue Ridge Mountain Catering for our employee Christmas lunch and everything was absolutely delicious. We got the roast turkey with stuffing and gravy, Beef Sirloin Au Jus, mac and cheese, mashed potatoes, and green beans. I will say, the green beans were listed as "southern style" on the menu and there wasn't any ham or anything in it and I wouldn't describe it as southern style. I thought they were still good and more like... healthy style. Lol but seriously, everything was so good and the catering manager (Abbie) was really great to work with and was so patient and answered all of my questions. Highly recommend!

The BRM Catering team did an excellent job catering my wedding! They were very willing to work with us to create a tasty off-menu vegetarian dish, and the pricing was very affordable! The service team did an excellent job as well, and I truly appreciate all the work they put in behind the scenes to ensure everything went smoothly! The Director of Events position was transitioning from Juli to Diana as we planned our event, but the transition was seamless and both ladies were very communicative and helpful throughout the entire process. Many thanks to the entire BRM team!!

Our daughter's wedding reception was held at Claytor Lake State Park in the Waters Edge Meeting facility. BRM catering was a fabulous choice for us. The food was spectacular. We had about 40 guests and the complements on the food were overwhelming. The egg plant parmesan, garlic roasted chicken, prime rib roast and chef carver were awesome. The chocolate fountain put everything over the top! The staff were friendly, professional, and courteous. They were right there to answer any questions. We HIGHLY recommend Blue Ridge Mountain Catering for your event!
